#CUT: get the second field, after the delimiter ‘=’

echo a=1 | cut -d “=” -f 2

result 1

#evalute first condition, if true (means that $? is 0), then second is not evaluated (logical or). If file does not exist nor is executable, then exit

[ -x /usr/sbin/openvpn ] || exit 0
